So, before you build a new app, there is already an app for what you want to do. That app is called IFTTT! So, to get started, go to IFTTT and create an account. And then, create a new applet! Now, select what you want to trigger your applet. You could use an Alexa command, sending an email, or even creating a new Google Contact! Now, you need to choose what happens. You could send a notification to your iPad or Fire Tablet, create a new Google Contact, or even create a Google Calendar event! This is the example I will do.
